All of our writing instruments are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure for life.
Should you require service under this warranty, be assured that we will repair or replace any de Varona pen at no charge. Any item that is no longer in production or cannot be repaired will be replaced by a comparable product.
Consumable products such as leads, erasers, and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are fountain pen nibs, normal wear of the outer body of the pen, and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use, or obvious abuse.
Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Our lifetime mechanical warranty assures you will enjoy the many pleasures of writing with a mechanically sound and finely crafted writing instrument.
